Metabolic Syndrome

I took medical examination in May, and a couple of weeks ago, I got my results. It says, I am the one of Metabolic Syndrome.

People call "Metabo" the guys whose stomach is big enough. I was always said a skinny guy when I was 20's. I understand to do some exercises...

When I was in Leeds, the U.K., I was not aware of this syndrome. When I got back to Japan, I had noticed everybody had talked about it too much. But now, it sounds more serious to me. This syndrome has a strong linkage to diseases.
